Can I register with low6 if I’m under 18 years of age? No. You have to be at least 18 years of age to register to place bets with low6. This is the legal age to gamble in the UK and under no circumstances can you register and bet with low6 until you are 18 years of age.

What happens if there is a postponed match in a football Event? Your sub selection will replace the postponed match automatically. If there is more than one postponed match in your selections, then a default score of 2 points will be allocated to that match.

What happens if there is a Non-Runner in a Horses Event? If one of your selections is a Non-Runner your entry goes on to the lowest card number favourite that runs.

What happens if my selection is a joint favourite in a Horses Event? Nothing, as the price of the horse is irrelevant. It’s where your selection finishes which is important and gives you your score.

What are My Bets? This is where you go to look at all bets you have placed. This will include Open Bets and Settled Bets.

What happens if there is a Dead Heat in a Horses Event? If one of your selections is involved in a dead heat your score will be determined by the lowest card number.

Can I place Bets and enter Events in the future? Yes, you can scroll down the events page and enter any event in advance which is listed.

Can I place Bets and enter Events when I’m on holiday abroad? No, you must be located in the UK to enter low6 events and place bets. You can place bets in advance so your beets are placed while you’re on holiday.

Why don’t I have all my winnings? There may be different reasons why your winnings may be different to what you expected. The most common is that the pool event prize fund is shared as there is more than one winner.

How do I view my recent Deposits and Withdrawals? If you click your “Wallet” you are then taken to a menu list. Click on “Transactions” are you are taken to a list of all transactions that have been completed on your account. This is shown in date order.

How do I view my Open or Settled Bets If you click on your “My Bets” you are taken to a screen showing two options at the top. These are “Open” and “Settled”. Click on “Open” to see any bets which are open and not settled. Click on “Settled” to see all your settled bets.

How do bets get settled? Bets are settled automatically by the low6 software and any winnings are added to your balance in your account.

Why have you voided my bet? There are many reasons why a bet or selection may have been voided. These could include:

Not enough legs/races completed

Voided as per Rules On occasions, we reserve the right to void bets if circumstances behind an event or market changes, e.g. a reduction in not enough legs/races in an event. This will always be detailed in the rules of an event.

Event has already started If on a very rare occasion, a market may be inadvertently ‘left up’ when an event has already been started. As per our Bet Acceptance Policy, we reserve the right to void bets when this is found to be the case.

Can I self-exclude with low6?
